Welcome to the Primal X training experience. The objective of this FREE training plan is to add short and challenging workouts to your current training routine, to help improve your consistency and fitness, with a chance to compete against your peers and win prizes and be added to the Primal Hero's board. Every Friday at 0600 their will be a new workout posted in this plan, giving you a full week to complete the workout and submit your scores (by 2100 Thursday), each workout will have beginner to advanced levels and will differ in time but will be less than 30mins long. Submitting your scores will help all of us to figure out the possibilities for all levels of fitness as well as keeping you accountable. Some workouts will be repeated down the line in the seasons to come, so you’ll be able to monitor your progress and compete against your previous scores. But if you feel uncomfortable submitting them simply enter completed. Complete 12 workouts, every week, over the 3 months and prove your consistency by submitting your scores by the designated times and join the prize draw. Once the season starts members of this plan will have access to all the workouts as they are posted so they can be re-visited. However to be in with a chance of winning the prizes members must submit scores every week by each 2100 every Thursday.
