I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. I am a Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in:
Sport & weight management nutrition
Strength & Conditioning
Running technique & gait analysis
Spartan SGX and British obstacle race coaching
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in movement proficiency working with people like Ido Portal & Animal Flow and in the application of breathing techniques from Wim Hoff.
I am passionate about getting people moving and helping my clients understand their reason why. I work with people with a wide variety of goals from all different backgrounds. My approach to training incorporates both physical and mental aspects of health, fitness and wellbeing.
As an elite athlete I have studied, tried and tested a host of different training methods to improve my own performance. This includes daily stretching, mobility and breathing exercises alongside my higher intensity & strength training sessions.

I have my own purpose built studio with an array of different tools and equipment to help you reach your full potential. I can cater for 1-2-1, 2-2-1 and small group sessions.
