This 10k plan is great for anyone trying to improve their time or doing their 1st 10km race. Over the 8 weeks this plan will help you make improvements to your running speed, pacing and endurance, by assessing your current running fitness and using this information to make gradual improvements. Hitting training runs and workouts based on your level to help you achieve your best possible time. Although this is predominantly a 10k running plan it will also help anyone who is trying to improve their 5k times, while training for that further distance.
