What Primal fitness colour should you be? Challenge yourself, your tribe and your friends to complete x2 awesome 5 to 30 minute challenges every week, over the course of 6 weeks to see how you score across a wide range of fitness methods we use at Primal fitness. From Burpees to running, Y-sits to carrying weight, this challenge can be done anywhere, has something for everybody and will give you an insight to which of our ability groups currently suit you best (yellow-beginners, orange-intermediates & green-advanced). After each event, check the scoreboard to see how you did. Reach as high as you can on each challenge and measure your average over the 12 events to see how you compare through our ability colours. How close to the red can you get? We advise you to complete x1-2 events each week over the 12 weeks its available for (12 events) however you can do it how you feel and once finished you’ll have earned your Primal colour. Score red in 6 or more of the events and you will have achieved the Holy grail and be in with the chance of winning some Primal Fitness merch. Contact us for information.
