Welcome to the Primal X 5 short. This FREE training plan will add short and challenging workouts to your current training routine, giving you just 14 days to complete as many as you can. Complete them when it suits you, (1 every couple of days, 1 every day or all squeezed in before the last day), just be sure to complete all x5 workouts to help kick yourself back into gear with your fitness. From Friday 27th October to 10th November the x5 short workouts will be posted in this plan, each workout will have beginner to advanced levels and will differ in time but will be less than 30mins long. Join the Primal X chat group to share your experience, organise training with others (virtual or in person) and to help keep yourself accountable. We have chosen workouts you may have done before to enable you to monitor your progress and compete against your previous scores. Once the season starts members of this plan will have access to all the workouts so they can be re-visited when you like. Invite Primal Fitness members and outsiders to join in with you. Have fun!
