About the Event
Primal fitness presents a chance to challenge yourself and your team through a range of set workouts at each of our 4 awesome locations. Contenders will receive a unique challenge T-shirt and virtual badge acknowledging that they truly are Primal legends.
Join the tribe exploring the different challenges each park has on offer in an event set to push you as an individual while encouraging team mates to finish strong.
The event will start at Alcester rugby club (B49 5QF) where you will be challenged with tyres and monkeybars amongst other bodyweight exercises, followed by an assault of epic proportions at Bromsgroves Sanders park (B61 7JP), travelling to the Waseley hills (B45 9TS) clues in the title and culminating in a rush around Arrow Valley Lake (B98 0LJ), with enough time for athletes to catch their breath and arrive safely (45mins of easy travelling/admin time).
