Primal Legends 4 Park Challenge

Primal fitness presents a chance to challenge yourself and your team through a range of set workouts at each of our 4 awesome locations. Contenders will receive a unique challenge T-shirt and virtual badge acknowledging that they truly are Primal legends.

Join the tribe exploring the different challenges each park has on offer in an event set to push you as an individual while encouraging team mates to finish strong. 

The event will start at Alcester rugby club (B49 5QF) where you will be challenged with tyres and monkeybars amongst other bodyweight exercises, followed by an assault of epic proportions at Bromsgroves Sanders park (B61 7JP), travelling to the Waseley hills (B45 9TS) clues in the title and culminating in a rush around Arrow Valley Lake (B98 0LJ), with enough time for athletes to catch their breath and arrive safely (45mins of easy travelling/admin time).

 Each workout is specifically written with member input and incorporates the unique challenges each park has on offer. The Event has been created to incorporate different levels of challenges for each of our ability groups (yellow, orange and green) and the T-shirt colour chosen will dictate which group you are in. Be sure to bring your A game of strength and endurance as it will still be challenging to earn your pretigeous Primal Legends T-shirt and Virtual 4park badge regardless of which colour you are in.

Outsiders are welcome to join the tribe so invite your friends to come experience the delights our coaches and parks have in store. 

Each park session will be approximately 50 minutes long and the event will finish at approximately 1330. For logistical reasons entries for this event will close on 29th July 2022. We look forward to seeing you giving your best.
