About the Event
The Primal Challenge is a Virtual challenge that gives you the opportunity to test your limitations by pledging to pushing your personal limits to reach new ones.
Choose your personal approach to the challenge and make it hard enough that you really have to try to complete it, (like you are accelerating your own evolution).
Write a short explanation of your personal challenge in the explanation box, in the registration form.
Sign yourself up and get a friend to sign up too, to help motivate you both and create some healthy competition.
Sign up and make yourself accountable to a certain amount of fitness classes attended, reps or distance completed, then smash that number to increase your Primal human capacity.
Examples of pledges for the month:
· Complete a distance; 25km, 50km or 100km
· Attend 12 fitness classes or a class everyday
· 100 or 1000 press ups
- If these options don't entice you, then try our very own Primal Challenge.... 10mins every day.... Start each 10minute workout with x1 Press-up, x1 Squat, x1 lunge (each leg), x1 Sit-up, Then increase by 1 rep of each exercise each round, If you reach and finish the round with 10 reps of each exercise completed, spend the rest of the time doing chest to ground Burpees. How many Burpees can you do? or follow the daily video routines on the primal video page.
Whichever way you choose to complete it, make it as fun and challenging as possible and earn your medal.
