About the Event
This Event will  give you the opportunity to learn and practice some of the core movements and techniques required which you can then apply to even the most challenging of obstacles at your next OCR. Delivered by SGX coaches and Elite athletes.Â
There will be Rope Climbs, Monkey bars, Rings, Spears, Crawls , trail running, inverted walls and more.
